Characteristics of the drug

It is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the drug is distinguished by a high level of efficiency in the fight not only against parasitic diseases, but also against pathological conditions resulting from the presence of protozoa in the body.

In our time, this medication is rarely used in practice. This is due to the fact that the drug causes a large number of adverse reactions.

Akrikhin is considered an antiprotozoal drug that has a negative effect on the causative agent of malaria, lamblia and some intestinal parasites. The data of the studies carried out indicate that the agent is endowed with the ability to disrupt the respiratory function of parasites or pathogenic microorganisms, leading to their death and excretion from the body. The positive side is that the composition is active against sexually mature parasites and their eggs. At the same time, there is a decrease in the protective ability of the body.

Indications and recommendations for use

Before starting treatment and before choosing a drug, it is imperative to consult a doctor for advice, because self-medication can lead to the formation of a large number of complications.
