  3. Cook fish in chunks for at least 20 minutes. It is better to fry with the lid closed - this is the most effective way to destroy the fluke larvae. If the sirloin or the whole piece is rolled in breadcrumbs or flour, frying under the lid is a prerequisite.
  4. Freshly shaved fish marinated with vinegar is the fastest way to get opisthorchiasis. It is better to refuse this dish if an individual is from that large list in which fish contain worm larvae.
